The supply and sale of products on the JOYVET website form an integral part of a contract negotiated at a distance governed by Articles 50 ff. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), and by Italian Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 (known as the Law on Electronic Commerce). The purchase of products is intended for consumers.

These Terms of Business govern the relationship between the customer and JOYVET concerning the purchase of products on the website.

The customer is required to carefully read the Terms of Business provided by JOYVET. The customer can reproduce and memorise said Terms in compliance with the provisions of Art. 12, para. 3 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 70/2003.


In order to purchase the products, the customer must first register with the Joyvet website, providing their personal details in accordance with the instructions given by the registration program, and must fill in and submit to JOYVET the order form, which is available on the website in digital format. Purchase orders must be accurately filled in, in their entirety.
The customer will need to enter the product(s) selected into the “Shopping Cart” and, after entering a valid e-mail address in the space provided for the purpose, they can continue with the purchase process.
At this point, the customer will need to fill in the “Billing Information” section, select the method of payment, and in this phase may indicate the address to which the product(s) purchased are to be sent. This may be different from the one entered in the billing-information section. The shopping cart will display the product(s) selected, with the individual price/s and shipping charges.
Should the customer wish to change the purchase order, or modify any information it contains, they may do so before confirming the order. In particular, the customer has the right to change the quantity of products they intend to purchase, adding or removing one or more products from the shopping cart. In a special field, you can also insert any notes or special requests, which in no case may involve exceptions to these Terms of Business.
Before confirming the order, you will need to tick the box to indicate that you have read and accepted the Terms of Business.After this operation, a screen of thanks from the company will appear, advising you that a summary copy of the order has been sent by e-mail with a list of products purchased and billing information.


With confirmation of the customer’s purchase order, the Terms of Business and additional information on the website are deemed to be fully understood and accepted by the customer.
The Order Confirmation will be sent by JOYVET to the e-mail address you have provided and will constitute acceptance of the contract proposal.
The contract will be considered concluded, and will be binding upon both parties when the order confirmation is sent to the customer.
The order confirmation, sent by e-mail by JOYVET, will indicate the product(s) purchased, the price, the means of payment chosen, the delivery costs and the right of withdrawal, in accordance with provisions of Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree. no. 70/03;
In case of cash on delivery, the date on which the schedule for the preparation starts will be indicated, and your order will be shipped by TNT domestic express delivery.
Should our staff find errors in your order or should your order not be deemed deliverable in the time and manner requested, you will be promptly informed, with an indication that your order has been REFUSED. Should you receive such a message, please contact us by phone.
The customer has no right to claim damages or compensation, nor any contract or tort liability for any direct or indirect damage, whether to persons or property, caused by the rejection of an order, even if only partial, or by cancellation due to non-payment within the stipulated period.


Product prices are expressed in euros and are inclusive of all taxes and/or applicable duties;
Product prices are exclusive of delivery charges, the amount of which will be indicated to the customer in the summary of the purchase order;
The price of the product will be as indicated on the website when the order is made. There can therefore be no increases or decreases in the price, also with regard to sales promotions before or after the purchase order is made;
The customer may choose between three methods of payment:  by credit card, or cash on delivery, to the courier.

The product(s) will be delivered by courier. Times will vary depending on the destination, the moment when the order is made and the availability of the product(s).
JOYVET will make the delivery to the courier within 2 working days from the date the order confirmation is sent.
Except in the event of unforeseen circumstances, deliveries are made in Italy within 2 working days of delivery of the product(s) to the courier. In the case of places that are hard to reach, such as mountain areas, small islands, and outlying suburbs, the delivery time will be 4 working days.
You will receive e-mail notification when the shipment is made; you will also receive an e-mail directly from the courier informing you that it has received your package.
Please carefully check the order summary and the costs that are listed in it BEFORE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED and before payment is made, in order to avoid any problems.

Delivery times after consignment is made to the courier and any delays that may ensue are in no way attributable to JOYVET, which will in any case endeavour to find a solution with the courier to any problem concerning delivery. By accepting our Terms of Business, the customer holds JOYVET exempt from any responsibility in this regard. The address provided during registration on the site will be used for the shipment, so carefully fill in the full address field in its entirety.

After you receive e-mail notification of shipment, the courier will deliver the package within the specified time, depending on the locations to be served. The customer will be contacted directly by the courier to agree on the day of delivery, in order to avoid incurring extra costs.

The order is shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.



Should you find that the goods in the parcel have been damaged, we request you to send an e-mail to our address within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel, together with a photograph of the damaged goods. The e-mail must also indicate the order number and shipping number. When the file is opened, after ascertaining the existence of the damage reported, we will proceed with reimbursement of the cost of the goods or, if you prefer, with a new shipment of the goods, all at our expense.


The products sold by JOYVET are specifically designed for use by a single animal. Due to the normal wear and tear to which they are subjected, the effectiveness of the braces will be significantly reduced if they are used on a second animal


The products available on this website are intended solely for sale to a direct user.
The rental of goods sold through this website is therefore strictly forbidden.


For the shipment of orders, JOYVET uses the services of TNT – domestic express delivery. Shipments are made throughout Italy (islands included) within 48-72 working hours, irrespective of the destination and without additional costs, at an agreed flat-rate cost of €12.20, VAT included. In order for the courier to make the delivery by the working day following the date that the order is completed, we recommend that you make your order from Monday to Friday before 11 a.m.

IMPORTANT! Delivery may be made at any time of day during office hours. It is not possible to agree on a precise time with the courier. If you cannot receive the delivery at home, please give an alternate address (a neighbour, caretaker, shop, workplace, relative, friend) where the delivery can be made. In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, if you wish to return the product, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by e-mail to indicating:
– The name of the customer;
– The order number and the name of the product(s) to be refunded;
– The customer’s bank details (bank, IBAN).

JOYVET will make the refund by bank transfer within 30 working days from receipt of the goods. To qualify for the refund, the goods must be returned intact and complete, unused, in their original packaging, properly packed and sent at your expense to: JOYVET SRL – Via dell’Artigianato 4/A – 37062 Dossobuono (VR) – Italy.

It is understood that JOYVET will not proceed with the refund until the returned goods can be checked.

For the BALTO OFF-ROAD orthopaedic mobility cart, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 2 working days of receipt of the same.

All shipping costs for any returns made are the responsibility of the buyer.
The BT NECK and BT NECK ECO product can be returned within 5 days of receipt as its use is limited for a short period. To be entitled to a refund, the goods must be returned clean, intact in all its parts and the bands must not be been cut and / or modified and sent at your own expense to the address: JOYVET SRL, Via dell’Artigianato 4/A – 37062 Dossobuono (VR).

In case of return of the products or cancellation of an already paid order, which foresees the reimbursement, Joyvet SRL will carry out the following deductions from the amount to be reimbursed to the customer, as coverage of the bank charges incurred:




The purchaser has the right to request the replacement of the goods received, if JOYVET has sent a product that is different from the one ordered.

The replacement of the goods must be requested by e-mail to, no later than 10 working days from the date of receipt, indicating:
– The name of the customer;
– The name or code number of the wrong product(s);
– The name or code number of the product(s) you want to have in its/their place.

JOYVET will send a courier at its own expense to collect the goods and will send the replacement products within 3 working days (if the product is immediately available) or within 15 working days (if the product is not immediately available).

If the article is no longer available, JOYVET will insert a credit in the customer’s personal web account corresponding to the value of goods paid for, to be used for the next order. Otherwise, JOYVET will pay the amount due by bank transfer.

Caution: if the item received matches the order, but is a measure/size/format/style that is not suited to your pet, the shipping costs will be charged to you.

The contract between JOYVET and the customer is governed by Italian law.
In the event of disservice or dispute between JOYVET and the customer, the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, will have jurisdiction.
For customers domiciled in a member state of the European Union, the following articles will apply: 15-17 of EU Regulation 44/01.
In the case of customers domiciled outside the European Union, the place of jurisdiction will exclusively be the Court of Verona.
